I have received 3 color kits. I'm completely satisfied with the service that you offer! I love my color, instructions are easy to follow. I really love Heart lock it shampoo, "Love" conditioner & Tinted "Love". I will be ordering more with my next delivery. Also, I need to mention your website it is so easy to use, from creating your account, selecting your hair color, and also if I need to change my delivery date or add to my order, it is very user friendly!

The color is perfect and I am very happy with the shampoo and conditioner. I have not yet use the cream for shine that was included in my last order.

I wasn't sure about the color but I have gotten several compliments including from the husband. The overall color lightens up pretty fast but it lightens evenly keeping my little band of gray covered almost until time to color again. I really love the packaging, it makes me feel special and excited when that box comes.
