Very happy!I love my new color, it's unique and I got compliments on it. It's the closest thing to getting my hair colored professionally without going to an actual salon. I will definitely be signing up for every 4-6 weeks, which is when I start to see a little bit of gray coming in. It's lasted pretty long without fading. Definetly longer than when I would buy the boxed hair dye from the store. And a richer color, plus my hair felt healthy afterwards, not dried out. BewareI was a 3 year customer and my last shipment was mixed incorrectly. My stylist wasn’t paying attention and doubled the amount of the white power in my kit. It caused a terrible reaction! I immediately turned off my plan and told eSalon what happened. They never followed up with me to apologize or make sure I was Ok. Make sure that you know your product has been accurately measured before you use it! They are going too fast which is causing mistakes at the customers expense!!!! Horrible!I followed directions exactly and it looks awful. It did not color my roots well. You can see where my previous color was, that section seemed to grab the color. The color is wrong. I wanted copper red and it gave me dark blond(intense copper) 2 totally different things.
