My first time using esalon hair color.I loved how the color turnout. Although I have trouble with the gray. It didn't absorb color that well and maybe I need to increase the time on the gray hairs. Other than that, the color matched perfectly like I wanted it to be. My hair feels shinny and healthy looking. I loved the shampoo/conditioner that came with the set. Worse than cheap box colorMy roots are hot and red. The color is not salon color. Its box color. I have some hair knowledge, and if you have red tones at all, it will intensify. I am so unhappy and had to pay to have my hair redone 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Turned out beautiful!I’ll admit I was skeptical. But my hair turned out beautifully. It matched my natural roots and perfectly covered my bleached over processed ends. Color turned out niceColor turned out nice, I feel there is still red popping through? Could it be dulled down. Maybe that is just my natural hair, and I can't do much about it. But, my husband said he really liked it, and that he didn't want me to change anything about the formula. Otherwise, the process went well.
