I am very happy with the color, also with the recent adjustment i.e. a bit darker for the roots. The product gives a nice silky touch to the hair which is soft and glossy.

I requested a change in color,it had a little red in it and they nailed it. Love this product. I have to color myself would not use anything else.

I have been touching up my roots myself for years. I have only used this once so far but it was very easy and color was perfect. Covered roots and grey really well. Also liked the Tinted Love a lot. Now I have to wait and see how long it lasts etc.
