LOVE IT!!ABSOLUTELY love my color! If you haven't tried this yet you really need to! My new adjusted color is amazing just what I asked for. Great Quality and Service, Even Though Home Color is Not For MeI purchased eSalon color and had high hopes I could color at home for convenience and cost savings. I am 95% grey and had been salon-coloring (brunette, all over) for years. My hair grows so fast, I have been doing root touch ups at home, 2 weeks after salon color, every month. Thought I'd give eSalon a try. Products were great, instructions easy to follow. Even though I forgot to use the stain preventer at the start, the stain remover at the end took care of it! My hair was soft, the color was great. The only downside was I really couldn't manage (see) the back of my head to be sure I properly used the product on 'thin sections' of my shoulder length hair 'one quadrant at a time'. I would have needed 4 arms and a swivel neck. Cancelling my auto-order was easy and pleasant. If I ever get a girlfriend or neighbor who wants to trade doing coloring services at home, game on! eSalon will be the product and service of choice. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
