eSalon went above and beyond my expectations with the way they matched my current hair shade to the dye needed for my roots -- my hair color looks even and has lasted far beyond the usual drugstore dye kits.

I would have liked more of a Blue/black,instead of a Soft black. But i have to admit that this is by far the Best hair colour. I waited a few days to wash my hair {after the initial washout} not one mark on my towel. I was amazed! Very pleasantly/Happily Amazed.
