First timer!I have been quite pleased with my color, though it took a few days or more to get used to the color change, having been blonde most of the last 40 years. All my friends and family have raved about the color so I guess you pretty much nailed it. I love the shampoo and conditioner! And I really like the product used to boost the color. Even my roots have been slow to show themselves despite cutting every four weeks. Thanks for the convenience of this service. I love my new hair colorThis is probably the best color I've ever purchased! It's the closest to my natural hair since before 2000 when I went thru chemotherapy! A+ ProductThis product is so great on my hair! Was easy to pick colors I like that would match my natural hair and turned my grays to matching highlights!
