NEW HAIRI am pleased with the colour you made for me. I say " New Hair " because it feels so different, lovely and soft and lovely condition. I am amazed how you got the colour so right!!! BeautifulI sent a picture and actually picked a darker color for my highlighted hair to return closer to my natural brown. I haven't done my own hair in 20 + years. To say the least I was a bit hesitant. Vanessa was my consultant and sent an email saying she thought a little lighter color would be a better match. I couldn't be happier! Love the colorAt first I was hesitant, but then I read the reviews and it is 100% guaranteed so I decided and went for it...I'm very satisfied with the color I chose although it was the same one I had and it came out gorgeous, my problem was my roots since I have lots of grays (ouch) but it came out really nice, it did cover my grays and overall very pretty and also happy with the quality of the products...give it a try, you won't regret. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
