Always the right color

It took three tries for me to get the right color, but not because eSalon was sending the wrong color, but because I kept changing it to see what I liked best. The eSalon hair experts did exactly as I requested until I found the right color for me. The hair color, instructions, gloves (that actually fit me), stain prevention packet, stain remover, shampoo, and conditioner all come to my door exactly when I need it. I can change the date whenever I want. It's perfect for my busy lifestyle! Great hair color, great hair experts, great customer service, and and overall great experience with eSalon keeps me coming back!

This is the first time I have used eSalon. I ordered a medium brown copper and it did come out dark at first, but my hair always does that no matter what. I has been about 2 1/2 weeks and it is now perfect. I absolutely love it. Beautiful copper color but not "red". Also I loved the way my hair felt after I colored it. It was so soft. Every box color that I have ever used, even with the conditioners, my hair is all tangled and feels very very dry for a few days. This is the best my hair has felt after coloring it.

Your hair coloring was perfect. Even my hairdresser was impressed. She said the color was perfect!. Felt and handled beautifully the same day I colored. And virtually no itchy scalp!
