Wish I had done this years ago. They called me, went over my photo, discussed what I wanted and sent the perfect product. It was simple to do and took only 30 minutes from start to finish even with an additional step because of my very light highlights. I love the color!! It is simply gorgeous and will save me hundreds in hair salon costs this year.

the dark brown with golden in it was perrrrfect........ great grey coverage... with very nice golden highlights showing through.....
