Love the color and instructionsI have been having heavy highlights for a couple of years but can't really afford that so decided to go back to dark. My regular girl did dark brown over the highlights and that turned reddish in 3 weeks as expected. I got chocolate from esalon and redid the color this week. It looks great and silky soft. It will probably fade too because the highlights underneath for a little while but it is so much more affordable. I was able to do it by myself. Once I get it back completely healthy may try some highlights myself. I want to try the tint but haven't figured out how to add it to my 1 time color order (I don't like keeping my information on websites). Excellent resultAs I applied the color it looked darker and got even darker over time and I panicked. I wanted the light blond hair back that I had as a child. But once I rinsed and used the shampoo and conditioner the end result was exactly what I wanted and more. It’s natural looking without the yellow ends. COLOR GRABS/STAYS BETTER/DOESN'T WASH OUT AFTER 1-2 WASHINGS......BUT I HAD A DELAYED, SEVERE ITCHING THAT STARTED ON DAY 1 AND GOT WORSE, LEADING TO SORES ON MY HEAD, FACE AND RIGHT EAR. I USUALLY HAVE PROFESSIONAL COLOR USING 40 VOLUME WHICH WASHES AWAY AND THIS COLOR STAYS PUT. THE COLOR IS BEAUTIFUL. color was beautiful but--I loved the color. But it took out all the volume. I have fine hair and struggle to get volume. Use high end shampoos and conditioners to get a little lift. Useually coloring helps to add some volume but that's not the case with your product. My fine hair won't tease to get volume. Great repackaging, great coverageUnfortunately I ordered too dark a colour , Which i need to redo - I was a bit confused directions ,as it said to apply to roots only and not through the rest of my hair ,as this is my first time using the product, if i applied it to roots only my hair would be two entirly different colours 🤔 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
