Over 7.5 years!I have used esalon.com for over 7.5 years and I will be 68 in April. I couldn’t afford to go to a Salon anymore and just didn’t like the color I got from using the DIY stuff I bought at big box stores. I’ve only adjusted the color once with Esalon and had a slight change in the directions to help me cover the grays better. Autoship is great! I am sent an email alerting me that an order is coming due, and I can go online and adjust it in several ways if I am not ready. I plan on using Esalon as long as I am able. FailI've received 2 boxes I didn't even use. I asked for no red or brassy... got it anyways. I tried to call and get hung up on -system doesn't recognize a selection. DisappointingI loved the colour, but my hair was straw-like...incredibly dry and brittle after using it. The colour faded really quickly too. An expensive mistake! The repair shampoo and conditioner did help, though expensive, but it has taken months to return my hair to the shiny silky condition I was used to. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. I love the colorI love the color but can’t give this 5 stars because it does not do a good job coloring my grays. I have followed the directions to a “T” and stil grays are visible after 2 weeks and I am not a frequent hair washer. I try to go 5 days without washing. So I will need to go back to the salon. Like the idea, but not the color, yet.I like the idea of only needing to color roots. But I still haven't found the perfect natural looking color for my hair.
