very satisfiedI was impressed by the package and the customized stuff. The color seemed too light at first, but when I finished the whole process, it was just perfect. There was no difference whatsoever from my natural color (this was precisely the effect I wanted) and the fresh glow was wonderful. Both the glow and the color lasted sooo long. It's true. Blondes do have more fun!I asked the colorist to go a tad bit lighter this time and, bingo, I have the perfect color. It looks natural and is great for my skin tone. Covers gray well, too. Even my hairdresser likes itHave been complemented on my hair colour by different people - even my hairdresser! The colour doesn't go "brassy" and doesn't fade, it just grows out. The match is excellent considering that photos can present in different hues depending on software, screen resolution etc. I didn't think the colourist would get an accurate idea.
