First time buyerI truly love the color and was pleased that it is light enough that my gray is blending giving me a more "me" look. I think the best thing that can be said for a product is that it looks natural. I appreciate being able to afford my hair color now without breaking my budget at the salon. Natural and soft. Excellent Results!This was my first time using my custom hair color. I chose my color and they let me know they changed it a bit for a more flattering color and I am glad they did! Love my color!I asked for a dark brown/violet shade. My hair had been colored in a salon previously, and my ecolorist emailed back letting me know that my color couldn't be made as dark as in the salon. She suggested that I stay with my salon color.
