I appreciate the fact that when the color needed to be tweaked, my colorist was on it. She listened about the brassiness and toned it down. The rest was good.

I'm really happy with my esalon color; the color is exactly what I've been looking for, for years on drugstore shelves and the coverage is great. Oh, and it's a third of what it costs to have it done in a salon. I recommend the company to everyone who asks what I switched to.

I was completely gray, and my hair was wild and brittle,. I looked like I had stuck my finger in an outlet ! This color keeps My hair smooth and shiny.
