Not requested colorI'm dissapointed. I requested a more neutral shade with a hint of warmth but the color I received (and followed instructions for using) turned out VERY warm (orangeish). In fact, the color seems very close to the last color I received and wasn't satisfied with. The pic (of my desired color) I attached to my last order is much more of a rich, neutral medium brown base color, and the highlights are a caramel shade. I'll accept another free base color that attempts to meet the more neutral shade I'd like (with a touch of warmth). First time use and it is perfect!I was really nerves to do it for myself as I burnt my hair before and I am going regularly to the hairdresser to hide my greys. Now I am glad I tried. It is a messy job, I have lots of hair and shoulder long. I followed the instruction and couldn`t wait to dry it and see the result. I done well. Sorry my hairdresser but I can do it. The absolute best colorThis product exceeded my expectations! It was super easy to apply and it completely covered my grey hair and I had plenty of it! This really is the Holy Grail for grey coverage!Really impressed with this hair colour set. The results were exactly what I wanted. Will never go back to a box colour.
