Great qualityI loved everything about my experience. The color was beautiful and the contact with the colorist was great. My hair did not feel dry after coloring. If anything, after following the fool-proof instructions and using the packet of shampoo and conditioner, my hair felt silky soft! The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because I am a dirty blonde who wants to be very light blonde and they don't offer that as of yet. I'm dying to try it though! Well worth the money. What a great concept!My color was exactly what I wanted. I was very surprised on how easy it was to order. WOW!The color is a tad darker than I thought, but it looks fantastic. My hair feels like hair. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner that came with my kit because my hair feels so silky and soft-even the ends! Purchase of Customized Hair ColorLove my products from ESALON. I pull pics from Pinterest and attach to email my colorist mixes and replies and I can add additional products and I receive my personalized box in about 3 days.
