Covered the grays beautifullyI ordered a kit because my regular salon is temporarily shut down. My kit came super quick. It was very easy to use and I was shocked at how great the color turned out. The instructions were easy to follow. The color was a good match for me and the process went well. In a short time, I had shiny, saturated color that looked like I had just visited the salon. Great customer serviceCan't seem to get the right shade even though I've uploaded pictures 😬 and color seems to wash out within 2 weeks I'm back to natural color.love all the stuff that comes with the monthly box. Good ColoursHowever, I found the process of mixing and painting on colour for roots, and then mixing and painting on colour for the ends, and then finishing with a shampoo, and then a conditioner in the shower was onerous and quite time consuming. If at the end I were to notice a great improvement in the colour or in the condition of my hair, it might have been worth it. But I don't think I have the patience for the process on a regular basis.
