This was my first time using my custom hair color. I chose my color and they let me know they changed it a bit for a more flattering color and I am glad they did! The result was a great, flattering color that I am very happy with! Product directions are easy to follow. I am very pleased with my overall experience!

Looks like my natural color .Covers gray well and easy to do. Automatic delivery keeps my color steady without too much root growth.

I love this product, individually mixed for me and amazing coverage, I can adapt as I wish and get great advice - use this product, anyone who wants to colour their hair.

Love my color!

I asked for a dark brown/violet shade. My hair had been colored in a salon previously, and my ecolorist emailed back letting me know that my color couldn't be made as dark as in the salon. She suggested that I stay with my salon color. That sold me! My salon visits were $$$. I could maintain my Color till the next salon visit. Best decision ever!!

I appreciate the fact that when the color needed to be tweaked, my colorist was on it. She listened about the brassiness and toned it down. The rest was good.

I'm really happy with my esalon color; the color is exactly what I've been looking for, for years on drugstore shelves and the coverage is great. Oh, and it's a third of what it costs to have it done in a salon. I recommend the company to everyone who asks what I switched to.
