Such nice color!I was skeptical about using this product. The first time I applied it, I was really nervous about the color results. Turned out it was actually a little bit darker than I had imagined, but I LOVE IT even more that the color I had before. It's very natural looking and never brassy. Never tried home product on my hair before.This has been the easiest product to use! Even though I have not used home products on myself before this product-I have used them on my mom and my sister's hair. I found those products to be very messy, too runny and to have an obnoxious smell. The esalon products came with everything I needed. The smell as not as overpowering as other home products nor was it runny. The instructions were clear and concise. I have requested an adjustment with the color I previously used-but this is my own choice not the fault of the product. I can't wait to try the new color. I only rated the review with 4 stars because I had so much left over and had to throw it away. Now I know I can safely only use 1/2 of the product and keep the rest for next time.
