Love, Love, Love.From the first time I used this product I have loved it. It has saved me soooo much money than I used to spend at the salon. It's super simple to use and the results are beautiful. AWESOME!I've been using this product since 2012. My friends say that they have never seen my hair look so great. My hair is shiny, healthy, and the color is beautiful. Highly recommend this product. If your color does not come out as expected, esalon customer service will do EVERYTHING to make it right. I've made a few 'bad choices' (lol!) on my color and I've worked with customer service, and they bend over backwards to work with you to fix it, and I've gotten a credit any time I had a problem. Best colour I have found!This is the best colour and covering for grey hair that I have found and I have tried every off the shelf product going. Even my hairdresser was impressed when I went recently for a trim! I have found it hard to find a blonde colour that has tones of gold that looks natural until now. Summer ColorI love my summer color hints of copper and gold. For my second shipment; I will be using a different color with a little mahogany, since I am a natural redhead, but the color still has copper and gold. So, very happy with eSalon, especailly for coloring my own hair for the first time great instruction sheet included, kit is wonderful.
