I love that I can customize the color if it is too dark you make an adjustment for me. I also love how easy it is to change the delivery date if I need to push it out or pull it in. I also love if I ask you a question, you get back to me right away. You make it easy for people.

I was really skeptical. Didn't think a mail-order colorist who had never met me could get it right for me. I was wrong! The color is FANTASTIC. Just what I wanted. I really love it. I waited til I used the service a few times before writing this review. I really wanted to make sure it was as good as I thought it was. It is. Thank you!

Was really hesitant to dye my hair myself. Really afraid the color wouldn't match what my stylist usually uses. I was really surprised on how easy the step by step instructions are to follow. The result: my hair color is a PERFECT match.

I love my new hair color! The team sent out enough product for my long and medium thick hair, it was easy to use, and the color is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely repurchase this and a big thank you to the team who blended my color.
