Best dark brown color without looking blackI have very dark hair, but not black., with lots of gray. With other products I always get a too dark - almost black color that looks very fake. This is the only hair color that actually looks dark brown with beautiful highlights, giving it a very rich tone. Great CompanyI have been with esalon for a few years. I love the ease of dying my own hair whenever I please. I have had nothing, but positive experiences with esalon's and their hair dye line, and hair shine products. The company has one of the best customer services. First time was a success!I was really scared to try this, but it turned out awesome! The color is amazing. I'm curious to see how long it will stay looking good. Rich colorI just finished coloring my hair this morning and used just the bottle to apply. Directions were easy to understand and follow. Easy to use applicators. I am ready to receive my next package. There was a slight delay from the USPS, but no problems other wise.Heather P, my consultant spoke with me on the phone to clarify my desired color and walked me through the process. Thanks.
