Sooooo excitedI wish I had ordered sooner. I am happy with the easy to follow instructions. My hair is finally the same color thru out!!! No more lighter shade at the roots and the lower ends of my hair extremely dark. I highly recommend eSalon. My hair has not been this soft, and colored beautifully. Loved the resultsI was super skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but decided to order anyway. Because some of the reviews stated their hair felt dry afterwards, I decided to buy the conditioner as well. I'm very happy I did. The color came out just the way I wanted, light strawberry blonde. I have hard to cover greys, which are really white hair. I can still see a little of my white sparkles,but it's ok. It looks like highlights really, so I would have to say the coverage was amazing! My last color I bought from the store didn't cover any of them at all! Bottom line is that I would totally recommend this product with the conditioner. Nothing more to say than, EXCELLENT!I have to removed my previous review, it wasn't good, the first time results were not what i wanted, but someone from customer service contacted me, they were very attentive and worry about my satisfaction. They fixed my color and now, to be honest, i'm so happy not only for the new results in my hair color but for the great customer service.
