LOVE IT!!!This is by far the best hair color I have ever used, even better than any Salon color I've ever had. So easy to use, the scent of each product smells so good, and the shampoo and conditioner smells even better. Now, the final step, conditioning, OMG! My hair has never felt so soft, smelled so good, and the shine, my goodness, the shine! My main reason for coloring was to cover gray roots. 100% coverage. I've never had that with any store bought color, I'm serious, not one single gray was missed. I'm recommending this product to everyone, all they have to do is see my hair for themselves. I also rinsed out all the bottles and put everything back in the box it came in cause I thought it was so cute how my name was personalized on everything. I'm done with any other hair coloring products, this is my brand for life. Thank you for developing a fantastic product. FABULOUS RESULTS!!!!I absolutely loved my 1st time experience! The 1st thing I noticed was the very low odor. Every home hair color I have ever used was potent and the day of coloring the icky odor lingered. My hair is also pretty healthy but whenever I would color I always experienced the drying effects of coloring. But after using eSalon's color my after coloring results were awesome, no drying or after effects. My hair was shiny! I was very pleased with my custom blend. I color to cover those pesky grays and try to stay close to my natural brunette hair color. With other home coloring my results were always darker than the shade on the box. And despite going for a cool shade to avoid red or brassy tones I would still end up with them. With eSalon I sent my personal colorist a message that I wanted to cover those grays and avoid red or brassy tones. I could not have been more pleased....no red or brassiness and the even coloring results were fantastic! I would highly recommend this to anyone who colors their hair at home. Straight up: ImpressedI did not expect the level of care and product quality when I first ordered from eSalon. The customer service has been pro level even while being totally online. The instructions were so easy. All the guess work was eliminated, including the sticker to paste your instructions on the mirror while you work. Genius! Sooooo excitedI wish I had ordered sooner. I am happy with the easy to follow instructions. My hair is finally the same color thru out!!! No more lighter shade at the roots and the lower ends of my hair extremely dark. I highly recommend eSalon. My hair has not been this soft, and colored beautifully. Loved the resultsI was super skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but decided to order anyway. Because some of the reviews stated their hair felt dry afterwards, I decided to buy the conditioner as well. I'm very happy I did. The color came out just the way I wanted, light strawberry blonde. I have hard to cover greys, which are really white hair. I can still see a little of my white sparkles,but it's ok. It looks like highlights really, so I would have to say the coverage was amazing! My last color I bought from the store didn't cover any of them at all! Bottom line is that I would totally recommend this product with the conditioner. Nothing more to say than, EXCELLENT!I have to removed my previous review, it wasn't good, the first time results were not what i wanted, but someone from customer service contacted me, they were very attentive and worry about my satisfaction. They fixed my color and now, to be honest, i'm so happy not only for the new results in my hair color but for the great customer service.
