I am satisfied with the last root touch up color. I only use 1/2 of the mix so I would like change my shipment date to every 3 months. My hair has thinned over the years. Thanks

My first custom color was a little darker than I wanted and I changed my mind last minute when I got my first shipment of root touch up that I would like a change. They made the change swiftly and made it easy for me to exchange the product. The new color is fantastic! I couldn't have had a better experience with the customer service I received.

They got my color request right on! Thank you eSalon!! I love you guys! You take the stress out of coloring my hair. I don't have to wonder or fret what color it's going go turn out each time. It's exactly the same color each and every time! The exact color I requested!

I can hardly believe it. My color hasn't faded like when I used store bought color. My grey covered and no fading. I don't have to color so often now.
