Wow!I loved the whole process of the esalon.com! From having a specialist email me and having everything shiped to me in a cute box and my name on everything. The color i picked is amazing and my husband loves the price and the process. I will keep being a member bc its affordable and so much better than the store bought kits. Well worth it! Excellent CoverageThe coverage was great and the color was long-lasting. It turned out too dark but I'm sure my colorist and I will figure it out. It's all process. I have to say it would be easier to determine my color on a brown skinned African-American model as I am a chocolate colored African-American woman as shown by the picture I sent in. love all of the colors/shades!I had gotten my hair cut early in 2017. It was a new stylist for me and she said, I can tell that you are switching boxes, you need to pick one and stick with one, preferably a more expensive brand as this one is damaging your hair. *gasp* I looking into eSalon and have never looked back. This is such an awesome service and each time I add a comment for a change - smidge of this or smidge of that, it is right on. Love love love!
