Loved the colorI requested a brown color that would tone down the brassy color. The formula worked beautifully. The directions were user friendly. I loved that I could shampoo my hair. Perfect match!They got it right the very first time! I went to a salon and had a terrible experience in color matching. Thought I'd try this as I researched and esalon came back with very good reviews. I was shocked that eSalon got a perfect color match the very first time I did a consult. Love the color and service. Definitely not ash blondeTurned my roots a coppery orange. I had indicated in my order that my hair pulled red. That was either missed or not taken into consideration when compounding my formula. I did report this and customer service issued a credit for another kit. Nein dankeMan bekommt nachts um ca 3.00 Uhr eine Email mit der Bestellbestätigung des NachfolgeAbos... und sie Möglichkeit die Bestellung telefonisch zu stornieren. Am Telefon sagt der Mitarbeiter am selben Tag, dass die Sendung schon verschickt wurde, man das Porto für die Rücksendung aber selbst tragen muss. Ich denke, dass man dann vielleicht ein Zeitfenster vorgeben sollte. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.
