I'm amazed!I was really worried as to how it would turn out -- too red or so dark brown that it would look black. It looks great. e-Salon thinks of everything -- including a sticker to afix the instructions to your bathroom mirror. I left the color on longer than the stated 30 minutes because my roots are so "grey", they are actually white. The result looks wonderful -- just slightly lighter than the ends but it looks very pretty. I'm glad I tried your service and products. Talking to the color expert on the phone really helped.
