Change of color requestIt's always hard to pick the best root color, especially when I have high and low lights! The first color I chose looked good but just a bit too dark.i asked for more grey cover and a shade lighter. It is Perfect! Better than professional!When I color my hair with grocery store brands my hair looks flat and drab, no matter how well the company has marketed the product . Professional highlights look good but dry out my hair every time. My color is a soft red, and it leaves my hair soft and glowing.
