Horrible reviewThe roots color did not color my roots AT ALL ,and my color was soft blue black. Im extremely disappointed, I also did not know that you would be taking money out of my account for the next months installment payment, i would like a full refund and how i go about getting that done. Seem to be having a hard time getting the correct colorI am trying to get an ash color-no orange/gold-seems like that is all I am getting. I am willing to give one more try( have tried 2x) Somewhat frustrated-feel as though not being heard I have a background in hair and feel it should be easier than this to get what I want. I like the product and do not have sensitivities to it-that is only reason I am willing to try again-hard for me to find products that don't bother. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Wildly off on the color I was expectingI have dark brown/black hair, I was very clear I wanted root coverage for greys only in my natural shade. This color was way off what I expected when they sent it the first time, it’s practically copper! Annoyingly I have received a second bottle of this stuff without realizing that it’s a subscription service. Amazing color!This is my 3rd order for hair color and products. I am a so thrilled with this product. It cost a bit more than my old hair color I’ve been using for 20 years but Esalon is truly “I’m worth it “ status! The color is bright and natural looking and the grey coverage is so amazing, like no other do it yourself color I’ve ever used! My grey hair does not appear before my next shipment arrives (6 week auto ship). Not the “cooper” look I was going for.Over all the color was okay, but it was more auburn then cooper. It honestly looks more brown. It did cover my grays and the color matches through my hair, but next time I think I would like more cooper in it. I will order again from eSalon because I love the price and convenience of doing it myself! It may just take a couple times before I get the color I really want. The last time I started it took a couple colors to get it right. I'm okay with sticking with this color for my next autoship if it is too difficult to change, but I do look forward to getting to the cooper color I really love!
