BlackHow cheap of them not to give a tray or hair clips. This forces you to use the bottle method which is messy and impossible to do two steps of roots and ends. If you want to lighten your color or change your hair color you better tell them your current t color is your desired color. I wanted to lighten my dark hair considerably. But I picked dark brown for current color and I had very few options of- black. I got the lightest red possible which was dark and my new color is… black. There is no way to change or pick a new color other than to say “go one shade lighter” which is… black. Better to pick out crummy supermarket color cause at least you get a choice of what color you want and have a chance at going lighter. My hair falls out either way. Two bottles of color- roots and ends? Either fuss and fiddle with the brush (and no tray) and throw half of each bottle away and overdo your hair, or just do one color bottle every other month or so. Color Perfection!I am so impressed with everything I received in my first kit. The result is fabulous! The color looks so natural--unlike the box color I once used. Hair coloringFirst time using this type of hair color very easy to use very easy to apply easy instructions easy cleanup. I would recommend anybody to try it.
