Custom color setI’ve been using e-salon color for a while now I have asked them to tweak my color several times and they are always ready to work with me. This last color change is exactly what I asked to achieve . My colorist nailed it making this my forever color. I love it. My hair is healthy, shinny and easy to curl. Amazing. Horrible reviewThe roots color did not color my roots AT ALL ,and my color was soft blue black. Im extremely disappointed, I also did not know that you would be taking money out of my account for the next months installment payment, i would like a full refund and how i go about getting that done. Seem to be having a hard time getting the correct colorI am trying to get an ash color-no orange/gold-seems like that is all I am getting. I am willing to give one more try( have tried 2x) Somewhat frustrated-feel as though not being heard I have a background in hair and feel it should be easier than this to get what I want. Wildly off on the color I was expectingI have dark brown/black hair, I was very clear I wanted root coverage for greys only in my natural shade. This color was way off what I expected when they sent it the first time, it’s practically copper! Annoyingly I have received a second bottle of this stuff without realizing that it’s a subscription service.
