My hair color has changed since using Esalon.Prior to using Esalon my hair color was a light brown-blonde and now it is a dark auburn color with lots of reds. (I do not have Hard-water in my home.) The color does cover my grays and this new color is okay but I was surprised by the color difference. I will continue using Esalon even though it is expensive, because it’s much better and safer then being abused and having your hair damaged in a hair salon by a careless beautician. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Excellent Customer Service!Had to cancel my next order & subscription due to unexpected allergic reaction to haircolor. I do have a sensitive scalp but thought this product would be ok. Called customer service & the CSR was extremely helpful & caring. Everything canceled w/o a fuss or hassle. I am disappointed as the products are extremely well crafted & my actual hair turned out very well.
