Treating badly the customerI didn't receive my second item, yet they withdrew money from my account without my knowledge nor permission. Now, the third time, they withdrew money again and I deeply hope that they'll have the courtesy to return my money for two months, without charging me for their failure. Blotchy and uneven colorMy sister and I did my hair. She dyes her hair a lot and has an effective technique. Unfortunately, in spite of the meticulous care she took, the color ended up uneven and blotchy. Not at all satisfied. Looking to end membership if the next set does not perform better. My hair color has changed since using Esalon.Prior to using Esalon my hair color was a light brown-blonde and now it is a dark auburn color with lots of reds. (I do not have Hard-water in my home.) The color does cover my grays and this new color is okay but I was surprised by the color difference. I will continue using Esalon even though it is expensive, because it’s much better and safer then being abused and having your hair damaged in a hair salon by a careless beautician. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.
