Fantastic Product & Service!I have always bought my colour in a supermarket until I came across esalon by accident as an ad on YouTube. My other colours always fade out over weeks but with esalon this is a PROFESSIONAL job! Presented beautifully in a lovely pink box with personalised instructions, they provide EVERYTHING you need to put in your colour plus extras. The fact you can upload a current photo of your hair means the colourist can make up something exactly right just for you. Nobody can believe I colour my hair because the colour is SO good it looks natural. Perfect!This has ended up being my preferred color for my base/root color! It has the perfect richness of a dark chestnut color that's not too warm to where it looks brassy, and not to cool to where I look drowned out. The hair color was completely crushed and colored my clothes, the parcelsThe packaging of this is awful, it's a very cheap plastic bag with holes in it, probably thinner than Chinese sauce. It spilled all over the place, all over the box, and damaged my clothes too.
