Color changed no customer serviceThe last order of asked to return to a previous color. The box of color o received was not the previous color I had. It fried my hair and my colorist is ignoring me. Color not rightThe quality of product seemed to be good but the color was wrong and now I have strawberry blonde hair. Also didn’t fully cover gray. Not impressedThe color was too dark. I really didn't see much difference in your hair color and the hair color I pay $10 for at Walmart. It didn't cover my grays well at all. The booster conditioner leaves my hair greasy the next day. The only thing I did like is that there is no color wash out in the water on your next shampoo. Love it!I love this set. The ability to do my own hair at home, save loads of money and walk away with soft, shiny, healthy hair is amazing. On top of that, it's easy and saves me time. Best hair colour and service ever!I choose a colour I would like to have and sent some photos of my current hair and the hair colour I would like. I never expected the colourist to actually analyse my current hair colour and give me a honest opinion. I thought they would just accept my request but the colourist message me and said the colour would be too dark and turn my hair too red and asked me to try the colour blend they made for me. Not only the colourist was right (their blend was not too dark) but the colour is even more beautiful than the one I choose!
