Great!The custom hair color really is superb. It is easy to use and the added extras of gloves, skin protector, stain remover, shampoo and conditioner completes the kit. Great colorI have hard to color hair that picks up red. I was hesitant to try this color because of it. My color expert did an excellent job developing my color. No red. I love the packaging and it comes with everything you need to color your hair. It was like having a salon at my fingertipsI started purchasing my hair color from Esalon right when the company started and knowing i had someone an email away to answer my questions gave me more confidence in coloring my own hair I have always done my own color because I couldn't afford to go to a salon so that's made all the difference in the world having salon colors that I can do myself and being able to alter my color as many times as i wanted to make sure i had the color or changes that i wanted was amazing i love the color and the company. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Rich, Deep colorI recently purchased a coloring kit, and was pleasently surprised and how good the color was. I only needed one box when normally I have to buy 2 boxes because I have long, thick hair. I'm very interested in buying your product again, but I was promised a couple of free items that I didn't receive. Great colour and serviceI was unsure about using ecolour, having always used the same brand of box colour but the idea of it being delivered to my door at regular timescwas appealling. I have been really pleased with the quality of the product, the colour of my hair and the service. My hairdresser has even commented on the colour of my hair!! I would like to suggest that ecolour review the amount of plastic used when packaging the kits though. I am sure it is not all needed.
