Love esalon!!!Having a real person to customize my hair color put me at ease! I love the little extras you get with your order! You can choose to tweak your color at any time. Easy to useThis process was very easy to understand. The eSalon team is great. They checked on me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with my color and if I wasn't they would send me a new color and/or refund my money. Also, they will change your next auto-ship order to make sure you love your color. They send you everything you need to color your hair along with your color. I wanted my hair to be a light to medium blonde but it turned out strawberry blonde. I love my color I just want blonde for summer so they are going to change my next order.
