Everything about this system is great!My color is perfect. It is exactly what I wanted and looks like I spent $100+ on it at a salon. It was the perfect shade and saved me loads of time and money. The shampoo and conditioner included were so good I am buying some for regular use. I love my color!The color turned out so beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments about how perfect the color goes with my skin tone. I was a little nervous because what I chose was quite different for me. But I absolutely love it! I had lots of gray in my hair and always have had trouble covering it with other at home coloring brands but this did great! It does contain ammonia since you have to have that in order for it to be a permanent color application so just thought you should know that since that has a very distinct smell. Be sure to follow the instructions about finishing it in the shower by adding water to the mixing bowl or bottle and mixing together then pouring it over your hair and massaging for 2 to 3 minutes. Very important. When you go to rinse it you may think it feels like it's not rinsing but just pay attention to the fact that the color is fully rinsed when the water runs clear and use the shampoo and conditioner and those will wash out any residue. I was a little clumsy with pouring the water mixture over my head but I'll do better at it as I get used to doing it.
