Liked productI liked the product and how simple everything was. I didn't get the results I was expecting for the first color session. However they immediatly credited my account and I was able to get an updated color in the mail 2 days later. The customer service was amazing. I still feel like it isn't as dark as I wanted but my hair has natural red tone so I feel like that is part of my issue. AwfulI followed all the steps on creating my colour, my hair never even changed with the colour then I used the lightening kit with toner as directed. My hair is green/yellow!! It looks awful!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Nope!While the product was easy to use, the color was SO wrong. I have had vibrant red hair, and sent two pictures. Thank goodness I did a strand test. The result was a dull and lifeless reddish blonde, not the vibrant red color that showed in the picture. I am not willing to try new formulas by mail, as I just don't want to be bothered with the hassle of multiple attempts before it's right. Sorry. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
