My colorist waited until I sent a selfie which was great! After he had my selfie, he was able to see that the color for my roots would need a tad bit of red which I didn't know. But with this information, the color turned out seemless and beautiful! I LOVE it!

I just have to say how happy I have been with your company since day one! After the first order I asked for changes because my hair came out brassy, and your company really stepped up... My hair has been restored to the blonde hair I had as a child.. I love the color and I also like the option to skip or adjust your upcoming order date... Your hair highlighting kit is awesome as well. I will never go back to boxed drugstore or the salon for color again!

I am very pleased with this color! My hairdresser couldn't even match my shade. Products sold in stores are too dark, even if you can find a strawberry blonde shade.
