How do they know?I haven't used E-salon in a while so I wasn't sure about the color. I uploaded a couple of photos and chose a color. The consultant emailed me to say that the shade I picked would be too dark and they were adjusting it. I am very happy with the shade they chose! love it!I was a bit scared to try out the coloring at home again, but I love how it came out. I followed all of the steps and I loved how it turned out.
