Wow! Impressive!First of all, customer service: Prompt responses and excellent follow-up procedures. Every one has been kind, friendly and very accommodating. The product: Really excellent instructions are provided; it was so easy to apply, it smells great and leaves my hair shiny and natural looking, not dry and dull or feeling brittle.
