Pretty disappointedWhen I came across this service I was super excited that maybe I didn’t have to frequent the salon to keep my color looking decent. The first order I received I followed the directions to the letter, but I left it on a little longer because it didn’t seem to be getting any lighter... when I was finished there was 0 change. I gave it another shot thinking maybe I did something wrong, but like the first order, the second yielded no results. I will say the customer service is great though. I was sent two identical color boxes...I was told by the hair stylist that I spoke with that one was for toning, and to use it first. And the second was for color, a week later...They both are identical...I am not using either until I hear back. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

LOVE LOVE LOVEThe first kit I received didn't entirely live up to the color I selected (Intense Pearl), but I was willing to give it time to grow on me. BUT based on my review, my colorist adjusted the formula and now it's absolutely PERFECT! Dark and bright at the same time- exactly what I asked for!
