so easy to use, as always - color still a little too dark,I love this product, but I still need to tweak the color a but - it always starts out a little too dark, fade a bit over the next week or so. We got a match!I have been working with my new colorist (Amanda) to get the just right shade of my color. I think we are finally there. I only wish that the first person I worked with would have listened to me. I gave them the exact Goldwell formula from my old stylist and they told me that would be too dark for me. I tried explaining that we have hard water and my color fades pretty easily but I went along with their recommendation of going a whole shade group lighter (Light Brown vs Medium Brown) and my roots ended up really red/orange looking. It's been a somewhat lengthy process but I'm glad that I stuck with it. I've have been wanting to get free from the ridiculously high prices at my salon for quite some time now. Now...I am.
