Personal ColorIt is so cute how your color comes in a cute box, it is labeled with your name on it. Everything you need is in there, I hadn't colored my own hair in years, but with the shelter in place I had no choice. I did not want to damage my hair, I am thankful for eSalon! I did not feel alone in this anymore! My first color I was very conservative I think just dark brunette. Now I have gone a little lighter. Amazing Custom ColorI was terrified to dye my own hair and because of the pandemic I finally decided it was time. I have grey hair to cover and my red hair was really washed out. I received a base color and an ends color, and it was super easy to blend and apply. I was shocked at how amazing it turned out and may never go back to the salon! 54 orders later and still happyI have used esalon since 2014. I've made a few color modifications (mostly because I felt like a change) and am still happy! One time I received product that had exploded while being mailed and they were great about it and sent me another one at no charge. I was impressed because it was not their fault that happened. Toner (Developer) increaseI love the color, just need the toner to be increased to a higher volume (Developer), I think it is volume 10 (?), so maybe increase to 20?, as I am still getting hot roots, otherwise love the product. Great on greys!!Thought I would try Esalon during lockdown due to not being able to get my hair coloured at the hairdressers. I wasn’t disappointed! I thought the overall colour was a lovely brown with hints of lighter golden tones coming through, it’s turned out darker than I expected but that’s probably my fault selecting the shade incorrectly, love it anyway. Also covered my stubborn grey hair very well, there’s nothing worse than dying your hair & still be able to see hints of grey! I’m very happy with the product, packaging, instructions & service.
