I honestly love it!I was really surprised how well the color came out to what I wanted/hoped for! It was easy, just took a little longer but I wanted to be really precise and not miss any part of my hair. It doesn't smell bad, the directions are easy to follow although if you have someone that can help it does make it easier. I am very happy with E Salon and will continue to use the autoship program! Love My New ColourWhen I ordered my new colour, I was hesitant to try it out. What if it was absolutely hideous. What colour did I even choose? I finally decided to give it a go and the colour came out rich, vibrant and evenly throughout. I love my new colour and am keeping my account for repeat orders every 8 weeks so my hair will always look great!!!! I loved it!I was tight on time this summer and hadn't been able to line up schedules with my hair stylist so I decided to try this at home. My hair had too much warmth from my previous color so I was a little nervous but it turned out great. I added pictures and described what I wanted, it turned out perfectly. Perfect color match!I have used this product multiple times now and am still completely satisfied with the color-match - I wanted something that looked just like my natural color but hid the gray and this delivered. When used with the Classic Shampoo and Leave-In Conditioner I have had much better success with lasting color than when using other color-safe brands. The odor is tolerable, has to be left in a little longer than some over-the-counter products, but I feel it's worth it for the end result. It's also great that the kit contains not just one but two pairs of gloves and product to help avoid lasting dye on the skin. Definitely a great system. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. I love E-Salon***EDIT The colorists are wonderful. They know exactly what's best. I wanted dark brown with plum. What they sent was EXACTLY what I wanted. THANK YOU!!! I love the colorists at E-Salon. When I tell you that their job cannot be easy, I am not exaggerating. I recently sent them pictures of my hair and asked them to match it, so I could die my roots.
