Falsche Farbe geliefertIch habe in der ersten Bestellung die Farbe Schwarzbraun gewählt. Dies war mir zu dunkel, also habe ich mich an den Support gewandt. Dort habe ich für die nächste Bestellung Dunkelbraun angegeben. Geliefert wurde wieder Schwarzbraun.Ich wendete mich an E-Salon,wurde aber abgewimmelt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!! Kein Entgegenkommen, und am Ende der Antwort (keine Rückgabe möglich) noch der unsinnige Spruch,, immer schön gesund bleiben. Not my shadeThe color is too dark, more brown than red. I prefer an Auburn. It is hard to determine colors on the internet so no faults. Stubborn rootsAlthough the change a a bit darker color did help a bit, the top of my head and sides still don't want to take as well where my roots are whiter. Pas malJe suis mitigée. Je pensais que la couleur aurait plus de peps, par contre, une chose super positive c'est que je n'ai pas eu de démangeaisons épouvantables comme quand je vais en salon. Love the productI love how soft my hair is. The color components are so gentle on the my hair. I am still fine tuning the color results. As far as the color can we decrease the ash tones & add some golden & copper tones? Working toward a light golden brown with copper tones. Please let me know what is possible as far as the color.
