I FINALLY recolored my hair and it is AWESOME!!My initial reaction was that the dark blonde was way too dark, but once it dried it looks amazing!! (And this was the first time using the darker shade so, of course it would look darker.) I think everyone who knows I color my hair has also said it looks great. BEST COLOR EVER!!!I have been coloring my hair red for over 18 years. And this is the best color I have ever used. And it doesn’t run!!! Better than ANY salon I’ve usedThe color immediately following process is natural looking, hair is super soft with no greys peeking through. It even smells lovely. I can’t remember ever getting a color that didn’t need a few days to calm down from looking right out of a bottle (either brassy or too dark). eSalon thought of everything...stain prevention products are a delight (& I used both), 2 pairs of gloves, plus a wonderful finishing shampoo & conditioner included. From start to finish the process couldn’t have been easier. I am super pleased! Update: 1 month later...still loving the product! The color has stayed true (an exact match for the 5 yr old photo I uploaded) and not a hint of grey showing through. I did start using a non-sulfate shampoo for colored hair (not eSalons, just an inexpensive drug store brand) but the color hasn’t faded and my stubborn wirey greys are still disguised and tamed like normal hair.
